It builds upon his work in the essay Adams cited in his JBOMS paper, and provides very strong evidence for pre-exilic "proto-synagogues." If you have not, you might want to put the text onto your "must read some day" list (I offer a summary in my review of Ross Anderson's *Understanding the BOM* in FARMS 21/2, which will be published soon).
